Triple H Construction started with a leap of faith. At the time, there was no formal business plan or long-term roadmap. It was simply two hard-working brothers who believed in doing good work and taking care of people.
I had spent about fifteen years working for another company when I learned that two of my supervisors were leaving. That moment made me realize it was time for a change. I called my brother, Mark, to ask if he wanted to start a company together. When I reached him, he was standing in a crawl space dealing with a sewage backup. He did not hesitate to say yes.
Two weeks later, we were on our own. We knew how to work hard, but we were learning how to run a business as we went. Thankfully, we had a solid client base from the start, and the first six months flew by. As the business grew, we added our first full-time employee and purchased a company vehicle. From there, we focused on staying ahead, learning constantly, and building a name we could be proud of.
Today, Triple H Construction is still driven by the same values that got us started. We believe in showing up, doing the work right, and standing behind what we build. Growth matters, but doing right by our customers will always come first.
